Second time now my needs have not been met. They identified air filters needed changed and they don't even have in stock.
Again I needed my genuine GMC accessory repaired. Rain visor. I was promised this would be fixed on my next visit. Dealership basically refused to do it.

Worst experience ever! I came in to get an oil change a d they told me I need an alignment, aligned my vehicle as soon as I got into and cranked the vehicle it was making a clanking noise so I told the lady at the service desk and she argued with me. Very rude and offensive lady! She told me my. Who led was making the noise when. I came in.. the. Why didn't u tell me it needed to be fixed when u told me it needed a alignment if it was making a noise that I neve heard before ! She was very rude and told me I was lyeingand that they could diagnose it for a cost! I told her she was gonna diagnose my. Who let without a cost because it most certainly was not making a noise before I came and she then got ther Service manager whom assured me it would get fixed and I still 4 days later have not heard from them to fix my vehicle!
Riley was very helpful in making sure the issue was resolved and also made sure I wasn't inconvenienced by providing a service loaner to drive while mine was being fixed. Thanks for the great job and service!

In about an hour and 10 minutes, they were calling my name. Very fast for oil change and tire rotation!
